MDiv student, Pete Petra (UK), has this to say of his experience: I can’t recommend the Missions and Evangelism course in Tijuana more highly. The course content itself was (as usual with IRBS!) rich and stretching. It has been instrumental in helping me work through how the small church I lead can play a part in God’s purposes for the nations. The particular treat of being in Tijuana was to be able to mix with the missionaries in training at the Radius campus. It was not only a great blessing to enjoy fellowship with them for the time that we were there, but also to be able to learn about the real-life practicalities, considerations, concerns, and hopes for church-planting amongst unreached language groups. To be able to have this fellowship really helped to flesh out what we were learning in the course material. I am still receiving prayer updates from some of the missionaries I met, and it is a thrill to be able to follow the progress of the Lord’s leading them into the mission field.
